About the artist
Bin Dai is a contemporary Chinese woodblock print artist. Born in Anhui Province in 1948, Dai graduated from the School of Fine Arts of Manshan Teacher's College and is a member of the Chinese Printmakers Association. Since the 1970s, he has focused of woodblock prints that capture the culture, art, and architecture of his home province. His prints can be found in institutions such as the National Prints Museum and China Art Gallery.
